Terms and conditions

This store is operated by Cresurge Private Limited (“Kadence”, “we”), GSTIN 29AAGCC1273J1ZI, registered at 3rd Floor, Mahanandi Plaza, St. Marks Road, Bangalore 560001, Karnataka, India. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, and we may decline one where an item is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full.

You can cancel or change an order until it is packed. After it is handed to the courier it has to run its course, and the replacement window below covers you from there.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Your tax invoice is issued when the parcel is dispatched, as GST rules require, and is available on your order page from that day. Prices and offers can change, but never after your order is confirmed.

Delivery is free on every order within India. Dates shown on the order and tracking pages are estimates, not guarantees: shipping is booked with a courier and the last leg is out of our hands. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nobody can receive the parcel, the courier will normally attempt again before returning it to us.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it. The item must come back with its box and accessories. Please check the outer packaging before signing for a parcel, and open a damaged box in front of the courier.

Strings, reeds, sticks and other consumables, and any item damaged by misuse, are not covered.

Instruments carry a one year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover ordinary wear, consumables, accidental or transit damage reported after the replacement window, humidity or temperature damage, or an instrument modified or repaired by anyone else. Our obligation under the warranty is repair or replacement at our discretion.

Product photographs, descriptions, specifications and the Kadence name are ours or our suppliers’ and may not be copied for commercial use. Colours can vary between screens. Specifications may be improved without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Before that, please write to support@kadence.in, since almost everything is settled that way.
