We read everything that comes in, and more than one person here started with an email before there was a job to apply for. Tell us what you play, what you have built or sold or fixed, and what you would want to work on.
What tends to work here
People who answer a customer the way they would want to be answered, who would rather fix the cause than the symptom, and who can tell the difference between an instrument that is cheap and one that is good value. Playing an instrument helps, but caring that someone else gets to matters more.
